I'm working on the second issue of my comic Black Mass. It's going to be around 24 pages this time around. The last one was 38 (including the end pages) and it made it really difficult to cut and staple. It's something like 7.5x10.5 and requires some serious cutting. There is a fantastic paper cutter at OCAD which i have been using. It makes life really easy. But also because it's so simple it's easy to get over-confident and screw the whole thing up. Right Before TCAF earlier this year i destroyed 10 copies because i put them in the cutter the wrong way. Stapling was also a hassle because it was too thick. Even my staple gun had a hard time getting though.
The second issue is going to be 6"x8.5". It's not going to be too much smaller, but it will make assembling go much smoother.
It should be finished in about a month!

haha, that's too bad about the paper-cutter troubles. I'm really excited to see the new comic!
